Are we sailing North on purpose, or is it because the wind is taking us that way?

Life will throw its curveballs. Its illnesses, injuries, and schedule conflicts. But it is a choice to allow those to change our cardinal direction. There is always a way to continue North.

The wind does not tell us where to go. Only we do.

WOD

Metcon (No Measure)

[Performance]

1) Halting Snatch High-Pull + Muscle Snatch + Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat: Every 1:30 x 7 sets

Warm-up as needed. Start around 50% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as form allows. Halt below the knee for 3 seconds.

2) Snatch Pull + Snatch + Hang Snatch: Every 1:30 x 7 sets

Continue to build loading from complex 1. Build as heavy as form allows.

3) Halting Clean High-Pull + Muscle Clean + Front Squat + Push Press: Every 1:30 x 7 sets

Warm-up as needed. Start around 50% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as form allows. Halt below the knee for 3 seconds.

4) Clean Pull + Clean + Hang Clean (+Jerk if you want): Every 1:30 x 7 sets

Continue to build loading from Complex #1.

Focus on the form over load. Power Snatch with explosiveness.

3) Halting Clean High-Pull + Muscle Clean + Push Press: Every 1:30 x 7 sets

NO Front Squat

4) Clean Pull + Power Clean: Every 1:30 x 7 sets

Quality over load. Power Clean explosively.
