CrossFit is a core strength and condition system based on the principle of applying constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Better athletes. Better humans.
Was feeling sluggish and looking for a newrby gym to work out. This is closeby so tried it out. Andy was really nice, supportive and provided an intensive but doable workout. Left feeling energised and the good kind of sore. 😛
[What is CrossFit]
CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.
Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life, natural and safe to the Human body and the movements you use every day.
First changes in your body:
- Feel Better
