In teams of 3 take 15 minutes or less for each of you to build to a technically sound set of 5 reps without a belt.

Teammates may use different barbells as needed. You will remain in these teams for the WOD to follow.

400 Meter D-Ball Run (40/30)

75 Deadlifts (185/135)

400 Meter Box Push(45/35)

50 Deadlifts (225/155)

400 Meter D-Ball Run(40/30)

400m Box Push = approximately 20 laps

1 lap = down and back
GENERAL

Two part, deadlift focused workout

In part B, one athlete works at a time on the deadlifts and box push. Athletes perform the D-ball run together.

“Tail Light” is to be completed for time or a 25 minutes cap, whichever comes first

DEADLIFT

1st Bar: 30+ Reps When Fresh

2nd Bar: 25+ Reps When Fresh

3rd Bar: 20+ Reps When Fresh

Box PUSH

Weight here is in addition to the Box

Men add 45# Plate and Women add 35# Plate

One athlete pushing Box at a time.
